U.S. Army Military Police Officer

The Business Problem

The U.S. Army needed a professionally produced video to recruit the next generation of officers into the Military Police Corps. As the Army's law enforcement and force protection branch, MP officers carry a unique dual responsibility — maintaining order on and off the battlefield while leading soldiers in high-pressure, rapidly evolving situations. Communicating that breadth required a video with real depth.

What We Fixed

- Leveraged on-base access via a Common Access Card (CAC) to film authentic interviews with Military Police officers and soldiers, capturing firsthand accounts of what the career truly looks like from the inside - Drew from the Department of Defense video archive to incorporate real MP operations footage — convoy security, detainee operations, base security, and combat support missions that illustrate the full scope of the branch - Built a narrative that walks prospective officers through the Military Police career path, from initial training and law enforcement certification to leadership roles in some of the Army's most complex operational environments

Estimated Business Impact

Military Police officers are in demand across every theater of Army operations, and a compelling recruitment video helps the Army attract candidates who are both mission-ready and leadership-oriented. By presenting the MP Corps as the dynamic, multifaceted career it is, this video helps filter in the right candidates and strengthens West Point's ability to fill one of its most operationally critical officer branches.
