This Privacy Policy explains how Meeks LLC, doing business as MEAN Advertising ("MEAN," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit meanadvertising.com (the "Site"), contact us, buy from our online store, or use our marketing, web, video, and software services. It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA"), comparable U.S. state laws, and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and Quebec's Law 25.

We serve customers in the United States and Canada. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

Information We Collect

• Identifiers & contact data: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing/shipping address, and (if you create one) account login details.
• Commercial & transaction data: products or services you request, order and intake details, quote-builder inputs, and purchase history.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited details (such as card brand and last four digits and billing ZIP) but do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Internet & usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: messages you send us by form, email, chat, phone, or text, and our correspondence with you.
• Inferences: preferences and interests drawn from the above to improve our services and marketing.

Sources: directly from you; automatically as you use the Site; and from service providers and advertising/analytics partners described below. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, or health data) through the Site, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.

• OpenAI advertising pixel — conversion measurement for ads run on OpenAI/ChatGPT surfaces.

We honor Google Consent Mode and give you control through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Info link in our footer, or by using browser controls or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out request where required.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), GoHighLevel (CRM, email/SMS), Stripe (payments), and Printful (merchandise fulfillment).
• Advertising & analytics partners (such as Google and OpenAI). Certain of these uses of cookies for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some U.S. state laws — see "Your Privacy Rights" below to opt out.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Your Privacy Rights

Everyone

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You can opt out of advertising/analytics cookies anytime with the Do Not Sell or Share My Info link in the footer.

U.S. residents (California & other states)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; delete it; correct it; opt out of its "sale"/"sharing" and targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. You may use an authorized agent; we will verify your identity before responding, and we respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days). Canadian residents (PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25)

You may access and request correction of your personal information, and withdraw consent to our use of it (subject to legal or contractual limits). If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to provide services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — after which we delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links & Data Location

Our Site may link to third-party sites we do not control; their privacy practices are their own. We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. Where we transfer Canadian personal information across borders, comparable protection applies.
