U.S. Army Adjutant General Officer
The Business Problem
The U.S. Army's Center for Army Profession and Ethics (C.A.P.E.) needed a consistent, professional video presence to communicate its mission and values across a broad military audience. Without a cohesive video series, key messages about Army professionalism and ethical leadership were difficult to deliver at scale.
What We Fixed
- Developed a 16-video production series with a consistent documentary style tailored to military audiences - Coordinated directly with Army leadership at West Point for each video approval, ensuring content met institutional standards - Delivered polished, cinematic storytelling that gave C.A.P.E. a credible and authoritative visual voice
Estimated Business Impact
The completed series gave the U.S. Army a lasting library of professional video content used to train and communicate with service members nationwide. C.A.P.E. later merged with the Center for Army Leadership (CAL) in 2019 to form the Center for the Army Profession and Leadership (CAPL), carrying this body of work forward into the new organization's mission.
