Leads 2 Build — Construction Management Platform

The Challenge

Builders lose deals in the gap between "got a lead" and "finished the build." Leads 2 Build needed custom software that carries every lead through the entire construction process — not another generic CRM.

What I Built

A command-center platform built for builders: lead management from first contact through the construction pipeline, crew management and scheduling, materials tracking, and purchase orders — all in one place. It integrates with Smart Build for post-frame and steel building construction, so estimates and build data flow straight into the workflow.

The Result

One login runs the business: leads, crews, materials, and POs stop living in spreadsheets and start moving through a pipeline built around how builders actually work.
