Digital Media Institute — Recruitment Site & CRM Pipeline

The Business Problem
The Digital Media Institute is one of Oklahoma's best-kept secrets — a highly selective, 20-seat animation and film program at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa. The problem? Virtually no one knew it existed. Recruitment was fragmented, word-of-mouth dependent, and there was no system to capture or nurture prospective student interest. Qualified applicants were falling through the cracks with no follow-up process in place.
What We Fixed
Built a dedicated recruitment website that positions DMI as the competitive, career-ready program it actually is. Integrated a CRM pipeline to capture leads from the site and move prospective students through a structured admissions funnel. Implemented automated follow-up sequences so no inquiry goes cold — every prospective student gets timely, relevant communication from first click to application.
Estimated Business Impact
Expected 50–70% increase in qualified applications year-over-year, with a measurable reduction in time-to-contact for new inquiries. Instead of relying on counselors to manually track interest, DMI now has a living pipeline of prospective students at every stage — aware, interested, applied, and enrolled. The program can finally recruit like the elite program it is.
