Every Missed Call Is a Customer Calling Someone Else

Every Missed Call Is a Customer Calling Someone Else

You did the hard part. Someone in your area needed exactly what you do, they found you, and they picked up the phone to call. Then you were up on a roof, under a truck, with another customer, or asleep — and the call went to voicemail.

Here's what most owners don't want to hear: that person didn't leave a message and wait. They called the next business on the list. You paid to get found, and then handed the customer to a competitor because nobody answered.

Speed isn't a nice-to-have — it decides who wins

This isn't just my opinion. Research published in Harvard Business Review found that companies which respond to a new lead within an hour are dramatically more likely to actually connect with and qualify that customer than those who wait even a little longer. Leads have a short shelf life. The business that answers first usually gets the work.

And this is the part that stings: it happens after you've done everything right. You can have a dialed-in Google Business Profile and a website that actually generates leads — but if the calls and form fills that come in aren't answered fast, all that effort leaks right back out.

What I'd do about it

As your webmaster, I close that gap for you. I set up an AI receptionist that answers your line 24/7, an automatic text-back the instant a call is missed, and follow-up that keeps working while you're busy doing the actual job. Every call, form, and message lands in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks at 9pm on a Friday.

You keep doing the work you're good at. The system makes sure no customer ever gets your silence.

If you know you're missing calls — and most businesses are — let me plug that leak.

Take a look at my plans and pricing, or reach out and tell me what's going on. You can also call or text me 24/7 at (580) 308-9246 — you'll get me, not a call center.
