1. BATNA – Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement
The person with the most options has the most power.
If you walk into a deal with only one route—you’ve already lost.

📌 M.E.A.N. Move: Have 3 vendors lined up before asking for pricing. You’ll either get a better deal or stronger ideas from the mix. The person who needs it less always wins.


2. Anchor First. Move Small.
Control the convo. Set the first number.
If you're buying, go low. If you're selling, go high. Then move in tiny steps.
